We greatly enjoyed its magnificent and stunning location.
Location: the hotel was really close to long beaches, Le Havre and Houlgate, Cabourg and Villers-sur-mer who's blaze of floral displays. The staff was really helpful and excellent, helped with every request. The apartment was clean with patio, a double bed and bathroom.

Make sure you stay in the apartment with bedroom, a sofa, as for instance...

Our apartment had everything we needed, including a cozy wood-burning fireplace, a bathroom, and a comfy sofa. It was also equipped with a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator, making it super convenient for our stay. 🏡.

The rooms have all been refurbished since our last stay. It is ideally situated for lovely walks round the marina and to the beach.
Now that there are no carpets in the rooms, it is easier to keep clean and vacuum, but the noise levels from the rooms above have risen.

This hotel had an electric kettle, a dishwasher, and a microwave oven in the apartment, and I was really pleased to find a bathtub as well.

I really liked the location of the residence. The staff was very friendly and the room was very nice.
The hours of reception were very poor. There was also very limited activities directly at the residence and the pools closed very early.

The location is ideal for seeing the WW2 beaches.
The noise between rooms can be a little problem, especially from the room above.

Pros of our stay at Residence Pierre & Vacances Port Guillaume were the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, our cozy and clean family room with a balcony, and the amazing indoor swimming pool. The location was also perfect, with the beautiful view across the harbor and a short walk to the stunning sandy beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would highly recommend it.

Lovely location by the marina, pool good and easy access to the beaches and to Deauville, Trouville etc
The room and corridors etc are really in need of redecoration as very tired. Had asked for non-smoking but the room stunk of smoke and grease so kept windows open

Friendly and helpfull staff. Family room with balcony cosy warm and clean. Indoor swimming pool. Location good. We enjoyed our visit.
Not much we did not like. The only things which crossed our minds were maybe a shower curtain in the bathroom to stop the water on the floor. The swimming pool did not have anywhere to change. This was not too much of a problem as they allowed you to go back to your room with your towel wrapped around you.

Conveniently located near beautiful beaches and a variety of local restaurants, this accommodation offers a decent outdoor pool and a small indoor pool. the outdoor pool was clean and well-maintained. the proximity to a small shop to buy the basics and a few more shops within walking distance was very convenient.
The accommodation was far from clean and desperately needs redecoration and a deep clean. the furniture, walls and floors were grubby and we found stains on the bed linen.

No major issues, all was satisfactory.

Great location! Just a short walk to the beach and close to some nice restaurants and shops. We enjoyed having the option to book an apartment or a cottage with a private garden. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking.
The cleanliness was not up to par. The carpets and walls needed some attention.
